1.Develop marketing strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues (Percentage of time spent: 40%) Provide the strategic marketing planning to strengthen MMHC's market position in Saipan, CNMI; Monitor and plan direct marketing activities of MMHC's product; Develop marketing and promotional strategy and materials for MMHC and its products, including brand management and advertising; Conduct market research on consumers, competitors and market place and consolidate information into actionable items, reports and presentations; Plan advertising campaigns, including which media to advertise in, such as radio, television, print, online media, and billboards; Prepare long and short-term marketing plans, pricing policies and budgets; and; Negotiate advertising contracts.
2. Hire, train and manage U.S local staffs, adjust their job tasks and evaluate performance. (Percentage of time spent: 30%) Manage subordinate employees, prepare work schedules and assign specific duties; and Evaluate the result and achievement of each subordinate employee and propose promotions to higher positions.
3.
